đ§ 1. Vertical Flap / Paddling (åˇĻåŗåæ°´įŦåĸæŗ)

- Theory: When Bob grabs a wall and rotates his camera, the shoulder joint stretches. By alternating left and right grabs while rotating the camera rapidly, you bypass the vertical limit.

- Stand facing the wall. Raise both hands and jump to grab as high as you can.
- Release your Right Hand only.
- Quickly flick your mouse to the right (about 45â60 degrees). This rotates Bob’s hips and shoulder, raising his free right arm higher up the wall.

- Jump toward the swing rope, pipe, or ring, and grab it with only one hand (e.g., Left Hand).
- Hold down the forward movement key (W) as you swing forward.
- When you reach the peak of the forward swing, do not release. Instead, turn your camera 90 degrees away from the swing direction and press A or D to slide Bob’s body around the rope.
- Swing back, and then swing forward again. On the second forward swing, press the keys to twist Bob’s body.
- The twisting motion adds rotational velocity. Release the grab at the peak of the second swing to propel yourself twice as far as a normal two-handed swing.

- Release the mouse clicks at the exact microsecond Bob’s body passes directly under the hook.
- If timed correctly, the velocity will double, gliding you hundreds of meters in the air.

- Purpose: Force Bob to glitch through solid metal gates or skip checkpoint triggers.
- Theory: Human: Fall Flat calculates collision detection based on frame rate. At extremely high or low frame rates, the physics engine’s tick rate changes, allowing Bob’s wobbly limbs to clip through solid meshes when squeezed.
- Step-by-Step Execution:
- Go to a door or gate with a small gap (like the iron gates in Castle or Dark).
- Squeeze Bob’s body sideways into the corner where the gate hinges meet the wall.
- Grab the wall inside the gap with both hands and pull hard.
- FPS Manipulation: Speedrunners use keybinds or settings to temporarily cap their FPS to 15 (creates physics lag) or unlock it to 300+ (creates high-frequency collision updates).
